Booking and Payment
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [30 percentage] is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: The balance due 02 days before the arrival.
- Payment Methods: We accept account transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client:
- More than 30 days before the trip full refund of total cost.
- 15 days before trip: 50 percentage refund of total cost.
- Less than 10 days before departure: No refund.
Cancellation by Operator: If the tour is cancelled by us for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
Changes to the Itinerary
By the Operator: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns).
